CREDIT ANALYST

Responsibilities:

Checking the completeness of the Lessee's data and informing the lack of data to Marketing before doing credit analysis.
Preparing the credit review according credit assessment standard for proposal proposed by Marketing, from new and/or existing.
Supervise the quality of facilities that are running/still active.
Performing credit assessment.
Proposal Review.

Requirements :

Bachelor's Degree from Economic, Engineering or Accounting from a Reputable University.
At least 2 years working experience in the same field.
Have good knowledge about Heavy Equipment & Machinery Leasing Business.
Have good understanding about Financial Statement, Bank Statement & Cash flow Analysis.
Have good understanding about conditions of customer business & related industry.
Fluent in English both speaking and writing with TOEFL score minimal 66 points.
Have good communication skill.
Able to operate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, and Access).
