Japanese national, born in Yamaguchi on May 22, 1962. Sugiyama
earned a Bachelor of Arts in Russian Literature at Sophia
University in 1986. He joined PT Hexa Finance Indonesia as
President Director in 2020.
Sugiyama began his career in 1986 as a staff of the heavy
equipment industry at the Construction Machinery Department of
NISSHO IWAI Corp. (present: Sojiz Corp), where he was responsible
for exporting construction and mining equipments to the Soviet
Union (present: the Russian Federation). In 1994 he was appointed
Export Manager at BLM Baumaschinen und Handels GmbH in Germany for
the export of German-made mining equipment to CIS countries and
German construction machinery to Japan.
Sugiyama joined ITOCHU Corporation in 2008 at the Construction
Machinery Department for managing marketing and financing for
industrial and construction equipment to CIS countries.
Sugiyama worked for 39 years in relation to marketing of
construction and mining equipment all over the world including 14
years at Soviet Union, Germany, Kazakhstan, South Africa and
Indonesia.
Mr. Ito is a Japanese citizen with extensive experience in business development and corporate strategy. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Policy Management from Keio University. In 2021, he joined PT Hexa Finance Indonesia as Director of Corporate Planning and Strategy.
Since joining ITOCHU in 2003, he has been engaged in the construction machinery industry for about 20 years. He has focused on sales channel expansion through end-user trade and distributor financing, mainly in Southeast Asia, India, Russia/CIS countries, and Africa. In India, he was transferred to a joint venture company with a Japanese construction equipment manufacturer, where he was engaged in general management as manager of corporate planning for about 4 years (2012-2016).
Prior to starting operations at HEXA, from 2018 to 2021, he was seconded to Tokyo Century Corporation, a leasing company of an ITOCHU operating company, as a manager and engaged in business investment project management mainly in Indonesia.
An Indonesian citizen, born in Jakarta, August 1971. She obtained her Bachelor's degree from the University of Indonesia in 1995, majoring in Accounting. She served as Director of Finance at the Company since 2019, overseeing Finance and Accounting Division and IT Department.
Her career began as an Auditor at Deloitte Public Accounting Firm from 1995 to 2008, handling various clients, especially in banking. From 2008 to 2019, she served as Finance and Accounting Deputy GM at PT Hitachi Construction Machinery Finance Indonesia (now PT Hexa Finance Indonesia). Her primary duties were to maintain finance and accounting functions and support the company's business.
In 2019, she was appointed Director of Finance, approved by the Financial Services Authority through a fit and proper test.
An Indonesian citizen born in June 1965, he has over 30 years of experience in the heavy equipment industry. He holds a Diploma in Accounting from Diponegoro University and a Bachelor's degree from STEI Jakarta. In 2023, he was appointed as Credit Director of PT Hexa Finance Indonesia, a position that was officially approved by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) following a Fit and Proper Test.
He began his career in 1990 at PT United Tractors Tbk, where he worked in the Accounting Division. In 1993, he was assigned to the Accounting Division of a subsidiary of PT Pamapersada Nusantara, which operates in the mining sector.
In 1995, he joined PT Hexindo Adiperkasa Tbk as an Accounting Supervisor. He later served as Finance & Treasury Manager, and his most recent position was General Manager of Credit & Collection.
An Indonesian citizen with a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Gajah Mada, he has worked in finance sector since 1990, starting as a Marketing and Credit Officer at Niaga International Factors. He has held several positions, including VP Commercial Finance and GM Finance & Operations. He has worked as Finance Director at Lufthansa System Indonesia and Finance Director at Aero System Indonesia (Garuda Indonesia Group).
Currently serving as an Independent Commissioner of PT Hexa Finance Indonesia since 2016, he has extensive experience in customer relations, assessment, and monitoring. He has formulated prudent policies in factoring and leasing, and is dedicated to customer orientation.
